Being a foster parent for rescue animals is a special calling and if done right it can be so rewarding, but it’s also sad because at one point they will get adopted and go on with their lives. You know he or she is going to a loving family, but still, it’s hard. This was supposed to be that kind of story, bitter-sweet, but something incredible happened instead.
Cookie, the cute Boxer and his foster mom Nicki were preparing for the big day when she was going to meet a new adopting family, and when that day has come, they were set for a big surprise. People that were supposed to take Cookie didn’t show up and when Nicki reached for her phone to call them, she saw her own number in the papers!
