Man Builds ‘Dog Train’ To Take Rescued Pups Out On Little Adventures

Eugene Bostick never thought he would become the last hope for survival for countless dogs in his home town and he had no plans for it. Instead, it was a duty thrust upon him by the heartlessness of others.

The 80 year old man lives on a dead-end street in Fort Worth, TX, and throughout the years he witnessed hundreds of dogs being dumped there, left behind to starve to death. Eugene and his brother take them in, feed them and take care of them, but even though they have plenty of room to run and play in his farm, Bostick’s desire to be able to take them to other places inspired him to create this – a dog train.

“Whenever they hear me hooking the tractor up to it, man, they get so excited,” said Bostick. “They all come running and jump in on their own. They’re ready to go.”
